Ce r\u00eave devint r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en 1974 lorsque la Fondation du CHEO ouvrit ses portes. Depuis ce temps, la Fondation du CHEO est devenue un organisme de classe mondiale qui finance le CHEO, l&rsquo;Institut de recherche du CHEO, Roger Neilson, soins palliatifs pour enfants et l&rsquo;\u00c9cole du CHEO. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son financement, la Fondation du CHEO a permis l&rsquo;avancement de la sant\u00e9, de la recherche et des technologies p\u00e9diatriques. Son soutien proactif permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du CHEO de continuer \u00e0 offrir des soins de classe mondiale aux enfants et aux adolescents, tant au niveau local que mondial.    <\/p>\n\n<h2
