WHERE: CHEO campus, Ring Road (west side of main hospital building)
WHEN: Saturday, September 21
TIME: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
On behalf of CHEO and Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice (RNCH) we are inviting you to the Construction Community Cares Parade Saturday, September 21 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
In partnership with the National Capital Heavy Construction Association (NCHCA) and the Ottawa Construction Association (OCA), we’re excited to have over 40 vehicles and heavy equipment floats ready to rumble down Ring Road again this year.
The vehicles will be travelling down Ring Road, which circles CHEO and Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice. This special route allows patients to see the action from their hospital windows and lets children, parents, and staff take in the sights from the sidewalks along the route.
We encourage you, your families, colleagues, and your company to come and watch, and make a donation of any amount – we are supporting the important palliative care work that goes on at CHEO and Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice and hope you will help out. Parking in Lot A will be free for attendees between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.
If you and your company are interested in donating or require more event info, please visit the Construction Community Cares event page. All proceeds raised will support palliative care at CHEO and Roger Neilson Children’s Hospice.
