Cram the Cruiser for CHEO Virtual Edition

For the past years, Cram the Cruiser has been taking place and toys have been collected to support the kids and families at CHEO during the holiday season. This year, with COVID-19, we could not hold the event live BUT still wanted to do something for CHEO as their beds have been full since September. So, with your help we are going Virtual in order to bring holiday cheer to kids at CHEO.

The RCMP-National Division has put together a virtual campaign to fundraise and collect money with your help. 100% of the money will be going to Child Life services at CHEO so that staff can purchase toys, books, games, and thoughtful items for children and families staying at CHEO. Things are a lot different at CHEO these days, as kids are not allowed visitors (ie, grandparents, friends, relatives), and in most cases, only one parent is allowed to stay in the room at a time. Kids do not have access to play with other kids in the playroom. This means that they stay in their rooms for the most part and as a result, they require different types of toys and learning devices to help them through the day. With the help of the RCMP, friends and families we can ensure patients and families can still enjoy the magic of the holiday season.

With any donation of $20 or more, you will automatically get a tax receipt emailed to you. Thank you for helping us bring festive cheer during the holiday season to the little ones at CHEO.
