DQ Miracle Treat Day
About the Event
On August 14, 2025, DQ restaurants in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario will be supporting CHEO patients and their families. Bring your friends and family to DQ to buy a Blizzard Treat! There are 34 participating stores in our region supporting Miracle Treat Day, from Petawawa all the way to Napanee and Cornwall. Net proceeds from the sale of every delicious Blizzard Treat will be donated to CHEO.
Since 1994, Dairy Queen’s partnership with CHEO has raised over $2.4 million for the kids in our region. Amazing! Funds raised through Miracle Treat Day help CHEO meet the urgent needs of children and youth. This includes research into childhood diseases to find better treatments, purchase of vital equipment and important facility upgrades. Meeting each patient’s individual needs is a very important part of making sure every CHEO patient can live their best life. Help us to continue the tradition of making miracles happen for children and youth at CHEO by visiting a local DQ store to celebrate Miracle Treat Day.
