Hey theatre fans! Just because you’re staying in town for March break doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself. The CHEO Foundation has partnered with a beloved Ottawa institution, Orpheus Musical Theatre, as they present the award-winning spectacular Memphis the Musical from March 10 to 19. Come see a professional-quality Broadway-style show at community theatre prices, suitable for everyone including children 12 and older. You can choose any of the nine performances at the Meridian Theatres @ Centrepointe where every seat is the best seat in the house. Now here’s the best part. When you use our exclusive link to purchase your tickets, the CHEO Foundation will receive a significant share of the proceeds.

Don’t miss this one! Help CHEO kids and treat yourself to a memorable night out. CLICK HERE to reserve your seats. See you there!

About the show: Huey Calhoun, a local white boy with a passion for music desperately wants to bring Soul, R&B and Rock & Roll music to southern white audiences during the early 1950s. Felicia Farrell is an aspiring black singer who performs under the watchful eye of her overprotective brother in his underground night club. When Huey and Felicia connect over their shared love of music, dreams and ambitions they are faced with objections from not only their families but the world around them. Can music transcend race? Can love win over hate?
