What is October Saves?
Goaltenders from mites to the NHL collect pledges for every save they make during the month of October. The result? Thousands of dollars donated to pediatric cancer research.

October 1 – Start counting saves
October 31 – Last day to count saves
November 10 – Fundraising deadline
November 11 – Winners announced
