Mark October 5 to 11 on your calendar for DQ’s Make a Miracle Week! Participating Dairy Queen stores will be donating $2 or more from the sale of every delicious Blizzard® Treat to CHEO which is your local Children’s Miracle Network® hospital.
The doctors, nurses and staff at CHEO touch the lives of over 500,000 children and youth each year. DQ restaurants in our region have raised over $1.9 million dollars to help CHEO make kids and families in our region the healthiest they can be.

Pre-order your delicious treats:
Treat your family, friends or colleagues to a Blizzard® Treat! Pre-Order your Blizzards and have them ready for pick up anytime between October 5 to 11. To place your order, follow these simple steps:
- Download & fill out the attached document.
- Check out the list of participating locations.
- Return your filled out order form to Anne Dignard ([email protected]) at least two days before your desired pick up date.
- Anne will confirm the total cost, location and time for pick up.
- Pick up and pay your order on the day you selected during the week of October 5, at your assigned location.
