The CHEO Enriching Life Fund (ELF) is a scholarship program for recreational activities started in 2008. ELF provides funding for children and youth receiving mental health services at CHEO to access activities such as music lessons, summer camps, or sport activities that their families could not otherwise afford. These activities nurture talents and skills, improve feelings of self-worth, and support positive mental health. During COVID, it is even more vital that kids be provided with access to recreational activities.
We are fortunate that any funds raised during this week’s campaign will be tripled and matched by the CHEO Foundation and the CHEO Associates in Psychiatry. So please give generously!
